Hiya! Chloe is in the house!
Chloe, 12 (okapigirl)
About Me: I'm a twelve-year-old vegan girl who loves animals, performing, and hanging out with my friends! I also enjoy spending quality time with my very good friend the internet. I have short brown hair which used to be blonde, and purple glasses which are way too small, and not actually in my picture... But enough about me. What do YOU think about me? (Haha, I'm so modest) Let me know by filling in the cute little form thingamabob below. You can ask me anything you want, I'll answer everything. Just be nice to my form. His name is Frances and he's very shy.
GlitterBombGirls Ask:
Phillipa, 12, asks "What's your favorite color?"-I love turquoise. And pink. And turquoise and pink together! They're just so pretty.
Lilly asks: "Hi, I'm Lilly. I live in England. People tease me and call me a British 1D freak. I love 1D. And it's really weird, because they live in England, too, but they were born in America. Can you tell me what to do? I want your advice only 'cause you're my favorite! (:" Hey, Lillster, and thanks so much for your question! I don't know why I called you that... But it sounds cute, so whatever. Anyways, as for your problem. I'd advise standing up to them next time they call you that. I mean, if you really love 1D, who are they to try to put you down for it? Kids in my class are always telling me that I'm not a unicorn, but I just ignore them, because, come on, girl, if they can't accept the fact that I have rainbow magic, they're way too narrow-minded to bother with. If the teasing continues, it might be time to get a teacher or parent involved. Good luck, Lillster, and stay awesome!
Lilly B asks: "Do you like frogs? I love them! That's why I'm mad, 'cause my teacher's forcing me to dissect them. I'm mad, what should I do? Chloe, you are awesome!" Aw, shucks. You're awesome, too. :) And, yeah, frogs are pretty cool! I really like tree frogs, they're just the cutest things. But as for your dilemma... The good thing about dissections is that teachers can't force you to do them! If I were you, I would ask your POG (parent or guardian) to write a note/send an email to your teacher asking if you can be excused from the icky dissecting. Then, on the day of, just bring a book or some homework to school so you won't be bored while your classmates are doing the dissection thing. Stay awesome, keep asking questions, and don't step on pineapples- it hurts their feelings.
Jenny G asks: "Do you like my name? Oh, also, I just got my first period, and I don't know how to tell my mom. How do I? BTW, you're really pretty!" Thank you so much! I am not kidding when I say I NEVER get compliments about my appearance, so it means a lot. :) I love the name Jenny! Your last name is awesome, too, I won't say it on here in respect of your privacy, but it's the kind of name that you can stretch out and say for forever and it sounds so awesome. As for the problem... I probably won't be too helpful because I actually haven't gotten my period yet. If you don't want to tell your mom face to face, you could always send her an email, leave her a note, or even just add "pads/tampons for Jenny" on her shopping list! Just remember that she's been through all of this, too, and she's always going to be here to support you on the crazy puberty roller coaster (but, unlike you, she didn't have me to give advice, because I probably wasn't born yet when she was your age... Unless you've travelled back in time from the future or something cray-cray like that.) Good luck, and feel free to ask me if you need anything else!
Sparkle, 13, asks "My real name is Sparkle, and people think it's stupid? Do you think it's stupid? Honest feedback, I won't get mad or sad, unless you lie." Are you serious? I would KILL to have your name. Well, no, I wouldn't. That's not very nice. But sparkles are sooo awesome! They are shiny and colorful and amazing and I love them. People probably just tease you because they secretly wish they had an awesome name like you. Stay glittery!
